Quality brand design is an essential investment in your business, and in yourself. Without a considered, eye-catching, and cohesive brand, you won’t make a lasting impression or connect with your ideal audience.
If you love my work, what you see is what you get: a completely unique brand in my signature style, designed just for you. My process is simple, collaborative, and always centred around the heart of your business.
With over 12 years of experience in design and a lifetime of illustration expertise, I bring real value to the table. I offer something most designers don’t: completely hand-drawn illustrations, made just for you. No stock imagery here, every piece in my portfolio is 100% my own creation.
If you want to be taken seriously as a business, it’s time to stop playing small. Bad design holds you back. A DIY or budget Canva/Fiverr option may have helped you start, but you deserve more. You’ve already done the hard work of building your business, let me take care of the branding. I’ll handle every detail, so you can focus on what matters most.
What if what I want isn't in one of your packages?
No worries! If you have a specific vision in mind, I’m happy to discuss a custom project.
We can mix and match from my current packages or swap out anything that doesn’t quite fit. If you need something extra, just let me know: we can chat about it on a call!

Can i add extra design items later?
Yes, absolutely! If you need extra design items later, you can book me in for a Design Day. It’s a dedicated day where I focus entirely on your brand: whether that’s illustrations, packaging, social media graphics, or anything else you need to expand your brand.
What payment plan do you offer?
I require a 50% deposit (via Stripe) to secure your booking before work begins. The remaining balance can be paid in one or two instalments via Stripe before I send your final files. For projects £375 or less, full payment is required upfront.
What is the design process?
After our initial chat via email, phone or Zoom, I will send a Proposal outlining your chosen package, along with a contract and 50% deposit invoice. Once signed and paid, your slot is booked.
You will then receive a Welcome Page and access to your Notion Client Portal. This is where you will find all contracts, invoices, artwork and a Brand Questionnaire to complete. We will also collaborate on a Pinterest board to refine your vision. Before I start designing, we will have a Kick-Off Call to discuss everything and make sure we are aligned.
Next, I will create a Creative Direction Proposal with a refined mood board to set the design direction. If needed, we will adjust this before moving forward.
Then, I will get to work on your Brand Proposal. (This typically takes two weeks). You can be as involved as you like. I can share sketches along the way or you can wait for the final reveal. Your Brand Proposal will include one brand concept, beautifully presented in a PDF with mockups and explanations on why it is the perfect fit for your business.
You will then provide feedback via a call or through Notion. I do not recommend sharing the Proposal with friends or social groups as design by committee can be overwhelming and steer you away from what is best for your brand.
I offer two rounds of revisions. Once the brand is finalised, I will complete all the collateral in your package. When everything is approved and the final 50% payment is made, I will send your final files in multiple formats for both print and digital.
How long does the design process take?
Timeframes are dependant on existing workload, and every project is different. I’d recommend allowing at least 6 weeks for your package to be completed. I have estimated a turnaround time for each of my packages, but sometimes completion may be sooner. If you have a deadline in mind please let me know and I’ll try to accommodate, however booking in advance is advisable.
Do you offer website design too?
I don’t offer web design or development because, honestly, it’s just not my thing! But I do collaborate with Hannah at Shiny Happy Digital: a web design and build expert.
As part of my Aladdin Sane package, I create a homepage design, which Hannah then brings to life. I’ll also share all brand files with her, so you don’t have to lift a finger (regardless of which package of mine you’ve chosen).
Hannah’s services are an additional cost, which you’ll pay directly to her based on the package you choose. You can check out her work at www.shinyhappy.digital.
Can my brand evolve in the future?
Absolutely! My branding packages are designed to give you a strong, long-lasting foundation that will serve your business for years. However, as your business grows and evolves, your brand might need tweaks or additional assets. That’s why I create brands with flexibility in mind, so they can expand with you. If you ever need a refresh or new elements down the line, I’m always here to help! Remember I’m always available to book in for a Design Day.
Can we talk on the phone to see if we connect before I commit?
Of course! It’s part of my process to have an on screen call before I book anything in, it means we can both check if we’re a good fit.
